Support a Local Rochdale Charity working with vulnerable young people, individuals and families.
Rochdale Connections Trust is a community based Charity. We offer support for young people, adults and families who are finding life difficult in some way. We offer individually tailored programmes, structured interventions and 1:1 mentoring designed to deal with an array of issues to help empower individuals to overcome barriers and to turn their lives around.
Why the community needs usWe offer a range of services including: Young People Mentoring, Female and Male Freedom Programmes, Coffee Mornings, Literacy Courses, Parenting Courses, Recovery Toolkit for Women, Strength to Change Programme, 1-2-1 Counselling and Listening, Talent Match Coaches and Family Support. We also work with other local services and currently having Groundwork Princes Trust and The Proud Trust working from our location.
Our impact on the communityWe offer a holistic service to ensure the needs of our service users are met and our primary focus is to inspiring all to change for the better.
