Saltaire Inspired has a vision to help make Saltaire as an internationally recognised centre for the visual arts, inspiring people of all ages and backgrounds to participate. Our aim is to make exciting and challenging contemporary visual art accessible to all by presenting it in the homes and public spaces of Saltaire. We hold 3 events annually: Saltaire Arts Trail in May, a Makers Fair in the Autumn and Saltaire Living Advent Calendar in December.

Why the community needs us
Our events showcase the very special village to the world outside, and also bring the local community together through volunteering and shared activity. Every year we provide exhibition opportunities for in excess of 150 artists, create free family-friendly arts activities, and light up the windows of the village for Advent. We bring thousands of visitors to Saltaire, and bring together its residents in celebration of its architecture and community spirit.
