SALTO has a fantastic gymnastic facility, offering sessions to over 800 children and young people each week on a not-for-profit basis. Our Playgym provides a truely affordable venue for mums and carers to socialise whilst their little ones have fun in a safe, stimulating environment. SALTO is also host venue for many local, schools, county and regional gymnastics competitions. Holiday clubs are also available. The SALTO Centre also hosts other sports clubs and is a great birthday party venue.

We offer the opportunity for children of all abilities to participate and have fun. For some, they attend for mainly social reasons they gain the benefit of physical activity, develop skills and discipline. Other children aspire to compete at the highest levels and we are also committed to helping them achieve their goals. All coaches are qualified to British Gymnastics standards. They receive training in Safeguarding, First Aid. SALTO undertakes CRB checks on all contributors.
