We are a not for profit gym. That aim to get the community more active We coach able-bodied and disabled people as well as those involved in sport. We offer discount to u18, over 65 and bluelight card. We also one of the only few places in uk to offer strength competitions to disabled athletes. And we pride our selfs on providing a safe place for the elderly and disabled community to stay active. We also work along side local rugby clubs to provide a community focused gym.
