The objectives of the SIA shall be to work together with the people of Stafford Borough(1)To raise awareness about all aspects of the Indian culture and Festivals.(2)Target young people and give them training to present their skills to a wider community, in order to raise their self esteem and build their confidence.(3)Unite young people and the wider community of Stafford Borough through an event that breaks down social barriers and brings together people of different cultures

SIA benefits Indian community in following ways : (1)Facilitates cultural co-operation, development projects and programs, cultural exchange with emphasis on training, dissemination and assimilation; (2)By assisting Indian families, in conditions of need, hardship or distress, by the provision of any advice and information service dealing with questions of housing and in their well-being; (3)By raising awareness in Stafford Borough about all aspects of the Indian culture and festivals.
