Simply Limitless boosts mental, physical, and emotional health in Kidderminster area.
Simply Limitless is a health and wellbeing charity based in Kidderminster, serving the Wyre Forest and surrounding areas since 2011. We exist to support individuals of all ages with their mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing—providing a safe space, trusted relationships, and practical support to help people thrive.
Originally founded by a small group of volunteers who saw the need for holistic, community-based health services, we’ve grown into a well-established organisation that works in partnership with the NHS, local authorities, schools, and voluntary sector organisations.
Why the community needs us
The Wyre Forest district faces significant challenges around mental health, loneliness, and physical inactivity—especially among older adults, young people, and those experiencing poverty or isolation.
Local services are overstretched, and many individuals fall through the cracks. We fill this gap by providing free and low-cost wellbeing activities, one-to-one support, and community connection—helping reduce pressure on statutory services and improving lives at the grassroots level.
We currently run a wide range of services including:
Wellbeing Café – A safe, welcoming space offering mental health support, creative sessions, and connection for those struggling with loneliness or anxiety.
Mental Health Support – Tailored support and open conversations in a relaxed, stigma-free environment.
Over 50s Exercise Classes – Helping older adults stay active, healthy, and socially connected.
Youth Support Services – Working with schools and young people to build confidence, resilience, and better mental health.
Volunteering Programme – Providing meaningful opportunities for community members to give back, gain skills, and find purpose.
Our impact on the community
Simply Limitless supports thousands across Wyre Forest through wellbeing cafés, mental health groups, exercise sessions, and one-to-one crisis support—reducing pressure on frontline services and improving community health. Last year alone, we supported over 300 individuals through our key programmes.
