We don’t think any of our neighbours should have to face going hungry. That’s why Smethwick Church Action Network’s Foodbank is here to serve our neighbourhood with quality emergency food parcels to meet their immediate need and help to ease their fears.
We provide parcels containing three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis.
As a part of a nationwide network of Foodbanks supported by The Trussell Trust, we are working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK and receive donations from our local community including schools, churches, businesses, individuals and fundraising partners. We are reliant on local support to ensure that we can provide a good range of nutritionally balanced and appropriate food in each and every food parcel, catering for special diets when needed.
Smethwick Foodbank is based in the centre of Smethwick at Holy Trinity Church on Church Hill Street, B67 7AH.
