A dedicated service for young people, adults, professionals & organisations promoting understanding, awareness & education of the consequences of Solvent misuse/abuse [aerosols, gas and glue]. We're working towards the prevention of related death, illness, accidents, crime & the impact such misuse/abuse has on the family & community. Re-Solv a national charity has a Northamptonshire worker who works together with communities to promote 'Natural highs' NOT 'Chemical highs'

Why the community needs us
Re-Solv offers preventative education for children, young people, parents, carers, and organisations. Our interactive workshop helps children understand what influences their decision making process. Children learn how to make decisions in risky situations, stay safe and improve their confidence. Young people & adults will identify the signs and symptoms of Solvent misuse/abuse. They will be aware of how to support people who are 'using' & learn about health risks and effective first aid.

Our impact on the community
Results show that children have a better understanding of what affects their decision making, giving them more skills and confidence to manage risky situations. Our research shows that everyone's experience is different, but mental health is greatly affected. Just because something is legal doesn't mean it it safe.
