Southern Brooks Community Partnerships is an independent charity and community development organisation. Since 1988, we've been working with people of all ages to help them live happy, healthy lives. We work in a 'can do' way that challenges, respects and builds on individual and community skills and experience. Originally set up to work in Bradley Stoke and Patchway, we now run a range of projects across South Gloucestershire that:- Help children and young people through the transition into independence and adulthood- Make sure families get support that meets their individual needs- Reduce isolation, especially amongst older people- Support the development of safe, strong and inclusive communities
