We fight poverty and inequality in our community by providing professional advice and equipping people with knowledge and skills so they can access their rights and fulfil their responsibilities. Our services are designed to advise, educate and support individuals need. We improve the wellbeing of the most vulnerable in our society by tackling their most pressing problems, particularly those related to immigration, debt and welfare benefits entitlements.

The key beneficiaries of our work are vulnerable or disadvantaged men and women living in the neighbourhoods of St Pauls and East Bristol, areas of high deprivation within the city of Bristol.Our friendly and helpful approach has helped to established a high level of trust amongst local people and this, coupled with the dual-language service we are able to offer to our Somali and Urdu speaking clients is acknowledged as a huge asset by the community.
