We are a youth theatre company who have been providing training in Reading for over 30 years
The purpose of Starmaker is to educate young persons, in particular in the dramatic and musical arts, and to assist them through their leisure time activities to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.

Our impact on the communityWhilst many of our members go on to pursue careers within the entertainment industry, many also decide from their experiences with us that this is not the career for them, but simply a hobby. All members leave with enhanced personal skills from their time with us, including Communication, Team Working, Confidence and self belief. Starmaker is also a place where life long friendships are formed.
