Since the 1970's Stonebridge City Farm has given everyone the opportunity to experience "a slice of the countryside in the heart of the city of Nottingham". With smaller animals to cuddle, large animals to feed and pet and a wildlife garden to explore there's something for the whole family to enjoy. Working with disadvantaged people, including those with learning and physical disabilities, and mental health issues, we offer both volunteer opportunities and a free, year-round visitor attraction.
Why the community needs usWithout the kind generosity of the public and corporate donors Stonebridge City Farm would not be able to continue improving the lives and employment opportunities of its community of volunteers and placements from all walks of life, many of whom have learning or physical disabilities or experience of mental health distress, whilst offering a much-loved free visitor attraction for the whole community.
