Support Sport develop the skills and values of children and young people through sports projects
Support Sport Ltd were set up as a not for profit organisation in July 2010 in order to support young people by providing them with opportunities to train, volunteer, build skills and experience and become inspirational leaders in their communities! We are directed by 5 directors who all have equal roles,but different sets of skills within the organisation to ensure we can develop the best opportunities for young people.

Why the community needs usWe work with young people with a variety of difficult using sport as a tool for both engagement and community training, learning and education.
Many projects that we run support young people Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) allowing them to make progression into apprenticeship and employment opportunities.
Through volunteering, peer mentoring and community empowerment, these trained leaders coach younger children in their communities, building skills for the future!
Our impact on the communityKenilworth Mini Games is a project targeting healthy living for children from a variety of backgrounds, reaching over 20 children per day and totalling over 120 children so far!
It is delivered with the support of Youth Leaders (aged 13+) that have qualified through our various youth projects (i.e. Unity in the community, which has a 85% pass rate)

We allready have a strong volunteer workforce which creates a good social environment for our volunteers to develop!
We are looking for passionate, dedicated and ambitious volunteers from a variety of backgrounds or circumstances and there are no current skill requirements to get involved.
We are focused on developing the skills of volunteers in a variety of roles and appreciating the work that you do! Volunteers must be willing to be supportive of the groups that we work with!
