TeenTalk Harwich is a charity focused on helping young people aged 11-25, and their families, through providing emotional support, and building their resilience. 

We provide one to one support sessions, in a safe, confidential environment, where our young people feel comfortable opening up to a warm, listening ear. Our support workers are dedicated in helping those in need overcome life’s challenges and difficulties, whilst building their self confidence and mental well-being. 

Our social groups and holiday activities assist in giving young people a place to connect with others, whilst developing important life skills and encouraging their creative spirit.
