The Bond Board is a registered charity that has an impact on homelessness and the well-being of homeless and vulnerable private rented sector households. We provide Bond Guarantees for homeless people and families in lieu of a cash deposit for private rented tenancies, along with a range of holistic support services in 1-1 and group settings. We enable vulnerable, homeless households to get housed, maintain their new homes and maximise opportunities to achieve a brighter future.

Why the community needs us
Our impact on the community
In 2023/24 we provided 104 new Bond Guarantees to house 184 homeless adults and their 67 children into decent, affordable private rented accommodation. We supported 45 Refugee families into new tenancies. 550 formerly homeless households are currently housed by The Bond Board in the private rented sector and are able to access all of our support services whenever they need them.
