The Centre Project offers a safe community hub, providing day services, activities and support to anyone who is at risk of loneliness and isolation due to poor housing, homelessness, mental health, poverty or disability. We aim to provide a time of crisis or critical moment to enable people enable people to resolve crisis and keep people safe.
