The Monday Night Club provides social and recreational activities for people with learning disabilities and / or autism. Our aim is to improve their health and well-being, and support them to lead more independent lives. We provide activities in the evenings and at the weekends, when day activities are closed.
We believe that staying connected, keeping active, finding friendship, being creative and being recognised are all part of a happy and healthy life. We strive to prevent our members from being isolated and enable them to keep in touch with their friends.
