We engage children, young people, adults and families from our base in Newcastle, schools and other community settings. We deliver a variety of personal development programmes which inspire and encourage identity, renewed self confidence and self worth. We aim to see people's lives more fulfilled with purpose and aspirations. Our body-image project called Beautiful is ___. supports people directly with body-image needs, though one2one's, group sessions, schools work and our online campaign.
