The J's Hospice transforms the lives of young adults aged 16-40 with life-limiting conditions and their families across Essex. We provide tailored nursing and emotional care, advice and social activities as well as end of life care and bereavement support - in the comfort of their own homes and in the community.The J's Hospice is part of Havens Hospices. Donations to The J's Hospice will be used to support the work of The J's but will be processed by Havens Hospices - www.havenshospices.org.uk

We focus on the individual needs of the young adults we support, tailoring their care and giving them choice over how and where they're cared for. We help them to manage their illness as much as possible so they can concentrate on leading a happy and fulfilled life. Our team supports their choices by providing opportunities to make new friends, enjoy new experiences and move into education or employment. Whether we care for a patient for years, months or even weeks, we make a real difference.
