The STAR Centre is the main support agency in Rossendale for Domestic Abuse.  We are a registered charity, established in 1996. We provide a support service to women and their families who are experiencing, or have in the past, experienced domestic abuse, including forced marriage, elder abuse, abuse by same sex partner, abuse by other family members.
