The Wayz aims to: Support and develop young people through leisure time activities, helping them to meet their full potential and become valued members of their community. Creating new and exciting opportunities for young people through fun activities. Empowering young people to take ownership and responsibility over their development and youth provision. Offering volunteering programmes which can work towards responsibilitites within the centre as well as promoting community participation.

offering many provision for those within the local community, ranging from 8-25years. promoting community particiaption and positive behaviours towards the community and those within. encouraging young people to engage in community programmes and working with representatives and residence. The Wayz promotes positive behaviours of young people and through the client base is able to offer opportunties for young people to engage and express their views in a positive way.

The Wayz operates a very positive volunteering programme, developing young people towards gaining the skills and knowledge to be able to take ownership within their community; leading to participation in voluntary roles, such as; community events, litter picks, delivering activities to others in the community. There are many volunteers working with The Wayz who have engage in the volunteer process.from winning local awards, individual awards and being recognised by fellow peers as role models.
