We support young care leavers in London aged 16 - 25 to access life skills sessions to help with their transition to independent living. We also provide one to one support and advice to young people leaving care on issues such as housing, employment and education options.

Many young people in care have had a very poor start to life, often experiencing abuse and neglect before coming into the care system. Once in care they are safe from harm, but many do not receive the emotional support needed to help them overcome previous trauma. Having to leave care, often as young as 16, with no one to help or ask questions can be incredibly difficult. We provide support and advice, making the transition easier and helping people to realise that they are not alone.
