At Thrive Women's Aid we believe everybody has the right to live in safety and have a future without fear. We offer a free, non-judgemental and confidential service for women, children and young people. Founded in 1979, we provide support to families who have been affected by Domestic Abuse, enabling them to re-build their lives.

Our vision: create safe communities, free from Domestic Abuse where people can flourish to build independent and successful lives. Our mission:to be an innovative and sustainable provider of excellent, good value Domestic Abuse services that drives prevention, provides intervention and enables progression.

Our impact on the community

Looking to the future, our focus is to maintain and grow our services. Following from service user feedback we are also looking to establish services which enable families to move on from the trauma they have faced; building resilience and skills so they can thrive in the future.
