Our Village Agents are friendly local experts that listen without judging and connect people with the right support, no matter what the problem; food, fuel, transport, health or housing. 

We encourage and provide opportunities for communities to come together to support and learn from each other, to improve the quality of life for Somerset residents. 

Our impact  

Last year we supported over 10,000 people avoid isolation, keep warm, put food on the table, find housing and connect with their community.
