Topps is a Community Interest Company with a Memorandum and Articles of Association and its activities provide benefits to members of the local community, many of whom have multiple disadvantages and barriers to employment and learning, who want to find employment, self-employment or develop their job related skills, in order to move closer to the jobs market.

Increased involvement in learning and attainment, raising skills and qualifications; enabling people to apply for volunteering and jobs. Empowering people through increasing their confidence and self esteem to participate in their community socially and / or economically and reducing unemployment.

Outcomes from our last Black Country Consortium programme: 89% of our clients have progressed onto further learning, volunteering or work. Outcomes for our Awards for All programme: 77.5% of our clients progressed onto further learning, volunteering or work.
