Last year (2023) we supported 1,264 of the most vulnerable people in West Yorkshire, including young people, families and children. We work with rough sleepers, the hidden homeless and those who are at risk of losing their tenancies. Helping them off the streets and into our intensive support hostels, supporting them to become ready to move into our supported accommodation, or to keep the homes they are in. We do this by providing supported accommodation, floating support, emergency 24-hour accommodation, small group homes, shared houses and single and family tenancies in the community.
Our services include outreach street support for people sleeping rough and supported accommodation for people living with drug and alcohol dependence, mental and physical ill-health, criminal justice involvement and risk of domestic abuse.
