Urban Generation Trust aims to create fInancial equality & opportunity. We believe that by supporting the most disadvantaged people to address generational trauma caused by poverty & discrimination, we will be able to revolutionise the fight for social justice & equality. We will develop & deliver programmes that encourage and promote financial literacy & entrepreneurship & research impact of programmes, gain understanding of generational trauma and share solutions.

We will be providing mentoring and learning opportunities that enable financial literacy, entrepreneurship and business development, and opportunities to access careers opportunities for underserved communities. Our programme will have a pastoral approach, ensuring that the participants gain confidence, self-esteem, increase their support networks and sense of belonging.
