Walthamstow Toy Library and Play Centre mission is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for families with children under 5 to play, learn and interact.  We do this through daily play sessions and by providing toys, which don't cost the Earth  to borrow.

We support children under 5 to learn and develop - Promote bonding and attachment between children and carers - Reduce isolation and help families to develop supportive social networks - Promote health and well-being - Enable access to our services from all sections of the community - Partner with other organisations to offer play activities at community events - Provide volunteering opportunities - Represent the aims and interests of our members.
