Wheatsheaf Trust works to promote social inclusion for disadvantaged groups through providing information, advice and guidance to help support people into training, education or employment.

We provide a vital service for people in areas of deprivation, many of whom face multiple barriers to finding work, and for the increasing number of disengaged young people for whom being NEET can have a long-term devastating effect on their lives.

In addition to our free drop-in job and training search facilities we produce tailor-made programmes to meet the specific needs of the individual client. Our Southampton centres alone have supported 3196 people into employment and 711 into training.
