We provide the advice people need to solve the problems they face through our free and confidential service. That means when life gets difficult and problems feel out of control, there is somewhere people can turn to for independent and impartial advice. We can help with a wide range of issues such as debt, benefits, housing, employment, discrimination and consumer rights.
Why the community needs us
We have teams of advisors across Wiltshire, we operate a telephone and email Adviceline 5 days a week, making us accessible to everyone, especially people with mobility problems or rurally isolated.
Our impact on the community
During 2021/22 we helped over 14,000 people, nearly 42,500 issues and our local website had more than 100,000 visits.
