That means when life gets difficult and problems feel out of control, there is somewhere people can turn to for independent and impartial advice. We can help with a wide range of issues such as debt, benefits, housing, employment, discrimination and consumer rights.

Why the community needs us
We have teams of advisors across Wiltshire, we operate a telephone and email Adviceline 5 days a week, making us accessible to everyone, especially people with mobility problems or rurally isolated.

Our impact on the community
During 2021/22 we helped over 14,000 people, nearly 42,500 issues and our local website had more than 100,000 visits.
