Why the community needs usWe work to provide individuals with physical and sensory disabilities with the skills to reduce their dependency and begin to reshape their lives. Some have never had access to to skills, whilst others have lost them through illness or accident and so must relearn. Through teaching life and work skills we increase self-esteem and confidence, so improving quality of life. By building relations with the wider community we also provide opportunities for some of our Clients to become employed

Quote 10 years ago I had a stroke & I was wheelchair bound, Dominoes Bingo, thats all to look forward to. Then I joined ARRCC with a full range of therapies and a Can Do Factor 4 years on I can go to gym and last week clocked over a mile on cross trainer~ I was told I'd never walk again
