YMCA Cornwall is an independent self-funded registered charity, affiliated in name to the larger YMCA which is an international Christian movement that recognises the equal value of all people. It seeks to serve the community in Cornwall with an emphasis on the young, by providing them with a stimulating and supportive environment, enabling them to enrich their lives and the lives of others.

We provide young people with the individual support they need to become a contributing member of the community. We do this by providing them with a safe place to live, helping them find and access training and learning opportunities and supporting them as they become strong and confident enough to take their place in society. We also provide accessible and adaptable space for the community to gather for a variety of activities including sports, art and business.
