Youth Works acts as a resource for young people living in Northamptonshire, providing wraparound education, advocacy, support and recreation activities from vibrant, accessible venues that have local young people and their families at the core.

To act as a resource for young people in Northamptonshire by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational, emotional support and other activities as a means of:(a) helping young people advance in life by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals;(b) advancing education;(c) relieving unemployment;(d) providing recreational activities.
