This fund, operated by National Grid Electricity Transmission, has been developed in cooperation with local charitable organisations and communities to deliver meaningful and lasting benefits for the people and places hosting our projects. Focussed on supporting selected key areas, we are actively seeking positive and impactful projects to help fund, so apply today!

Funding is available for organisations intending to deliver work in areas where specific major infrastructure projects are being delivered by National Grid Electricity Transmission (including EGL1, EGL2, and Yorkshire GREEN). The location of your group and project will be asked as part of the application process so we urge you to check if your application will be eligible before you begin the process by entering the relevant postcodes below.

If your project location is spread over a wider area you can select a specific postcode within that larger area but please note that we may ask about this in project monitoring forms should your application be successful.
