We are here to support carers irrespective of what illness their loved one might suffer. Our key activities include a respite care scheme, young carers support groups and couselling service.

Crossroads Care supports carers throughout the county to continue in their caring role - most carers have not chosen to become carers but are happy to take on the role often needing support and advice to enable them to do so. We support carers from the age of 5 whose lives are impacted through caring.

Over 2,800 people throughout North Somerset receive a level of support from Crossroads. We have been able to build an excellent reputation, often helping out where others haven't been able to, through providing much needed support for people to continue caring for their family or friend.
