The financial savings are considerable, (often several hundred pounds), which releases funds for other household essentials. Health benefits are also a consideration. There are huge environmental benefits by reducing the volume of synthetic material being sent to local landfill sites, which could potentially limit council tax increases.

As a result of our voucher scheme, families can try washable, environmentally friendly products of their own choosing before investing in a full set. Many families cannot afford to risk the initial financial investment, even though the cost savings over the time that a child uses nappies are proven (often several hundred pounds).
