We are a registered charity working throughout Wales who provide support to vulnerable adults with home care, personal care, daily living support, complex care and a floating support service which aims to prevent homelessness and social isolation. We also offer training and accredited qualifications in 'Health & Social Care' and 'Children's Care, Learning & Development' and our Childcare Business Support team provides training, mentoring, advice & business health checks to childcare providers.

We are focused around the citizen, the things that they like, don't like, what is important to them and what they would like to achieve. We question how best to support citizens and how our direct and indirect support is adding real impact to the life of the citizens we support. By supporting in this way we reduce the risk of homelessness, social isolation and open up opportunities which enables citizens to live their life in the way they choose.
