To provide the opportunity for anyone in the local area of whatever ability, to play cricket in a safe, child friendly and effective environment. To develop and sustain an effective coaching programme to encourage junior members within the Eccleshall area. To identify suitable club officers and volunteers to support the development of cricket for young people within the Ecclesahll area. To maintain 'Clubmark' accreditation by undertaking an annual audit of club management.

Eccleshall CC is the most central sports facility in the small market town. Young people learn to be part of team when playing cricket. The discipline and responsibility that cricket puts on individuals will help them develop as they get older and will hopefully prepare them to be confident and capable adults.The Club also provides facilities for senior teams and there are now 3 such teams which will expand to 5 in the near future.

This development will allow the Club to grow for the next 50 years as it has for the past half century.
