Eden People is a Guildford based voluntary group established in 1998. The aim of Eden People is to engage with people in the community to explore these elements of life: Wellbeing, Creativity, Spirituality and Holistic lifestyle. The group is focussed on people-centred engagement to help individuals improve their lives through therapies, relaxation, contemplation, healing, creativity and empowerment. Since it's inception, Eden People has run a number of community activities & events locally.

Our activities are designed for any person of the community to access them. Wellbeing, Creativity, Spirituality are of significant benefit to all, and as we offer these for free, the opportunity for anyone to engage with Eden People is easy. Introducing people to the above elements allows: rest, relaxation, exploration, creative interaction that can enhance esteem, physical & mental health, artistic expression, spirituality and a sense of community to be part of.

Eden People see the benefit of the positive affect in mixing people from different communities, ethnicity, faiths, spirituality, gender and socio-economic backgrounds together. Creating common focus & purpose would bring fresh insight to who people are themselves; and the other people are in the community. Relaxed /rested /de-stressed /calm /thoughtful /hopeful /peaceful people bring a positive view of life personally, corporately and in community; bringing major benefit to the individual.
