At this time of the year Experience Engine is taking time out of the usual festivities to try and help and assist those in need who will not be having a Merry Christmas instead are thinking about their next meal or place to lay their head. CHESS UK do an amazing job in trying to assist as many homeless people as possible.
The new initiative for 2015 is to try an give the homeless a positive start to the New Year and hopefully kick start a turning point in many unfortunate lives. CHESS is goal is to provide rough sleepers a night in a local church hall with blankets and hot food. They hope to ensure the optimum safeguarding for these vulnerable adults with staff throughout their stay. Lives will literally be saved by this very project. Rough sleepers will have the opportunity to speak with knowledgeable staff who will be able to help them with the needs that
they may be facing. As well as access to hot drinks and food warm beds and a safe environment to sleep.
As a local charity in order to provide these services they rely in donations from the public and council grants. Experience Engine are proud to be able to partner with CHESS and try and raise as much funding as possible to ensure the provisions are a success.
A minimum donation of £20 by individual or company will enable CHESS to provide one homeless person a warm night's sleep and hot food.
That's all it will take.
