ENRYCH Northants believes that physically disabled members should not be defined by their disability. What the able bodied take for granted can be difficult to achieve for the disabled. Often this leads to a feeling of isolation & can result in a lack of confidence & independence. We match volunteers with members & enable them to build friendships & do the things they want to do, together. Our key aim is to ensure friendships borne out of common interests that aren't defined by physical ability.

Enrych Northamptonshire believe there is a gap in the support of the physically disabled: carers often only visit for an hour or two a day and only take care of their ward's wellbeing. ENRYCH Northamptonshire fills this gap and enables the physically disabled member to enjoy life with social interests and learning activities through one on one support.

The physically disabled member is helped to live a more full life doing the things they want to do. Both members and volunteers gain friendship, have fun and share common interests and in this way help avoid the risk of social isolation.
