Fashion for Good is a concept created by a group of Surrey mums who are passionate about highlighting the real difficulties and issues facing many women, children and families in their local community. Sitting alongside the wealth in Elmbridge are some pockets of serious disadvantage. In parts of the Esher area the levels of child poverty are as high as 32%. Fashion for Good was born from wanting to make a change and help others whilst having fun and injecting a little glamour in the process.

In 2011 Fashion for Good's inaugural event raised an impressive £14,800 for local charities. These vital funds went to support a range of local charities delivering services to the heart of the community including SAY - It's Friday! Youth Club, Oasis Childcare Centre, Happy Days Parent and Toddler Group and yourSanctuary. This year the panel are aiming even higher and want to support a broader range of charities from the funds raised at their incredible two day Surrey Fashion Weekender!

Our funds are managed by the Community Foundation for Surrey, an independent charitable trust with the experience, understanding and knowledge of local communities to ensure your donation targets the greatest needs.
