Freedom Social Projects is based in Barnstaple, North Devon. We are committed to working with those suffering from the causes and effects of social exclusion and deprivation.

Those who use our services include people who are homeless, live with poor mental health, are experiencing poverty and exclusion, have drug or alcohol problems, or have a history of offending behaviour. Our activities include an open access Day Centre, Gym, Education and Training programmes and supported work placement opportunities. Our aim is to assist clients to overcome isolation and exclusion. By promoting inclusion and integration, we help bring transformation to our local community.

Our work addresses the social, emotional, educational, financial and practical needs of those we help. We provide support, advice, and a wide range of training and work placement opportunites. With our help, clients can access the support they need and move on to play a fuller part in the life of the local community.
