At Heads2Minds, we are making 100 cupcakes for the Captain Tom 100 Challenge. On each there will be a different word, which will hopefully inspire you in ways to improve your wellbeing. The cupcakes will then be distributed to local schools and care homes, to raise awareness of mental health and general wellbeing!
