I'm taking part in CoDa Dance companies 100 for 100 by jumping out of a plane at 10,000 ft!
CoDa Dance: 'We exist to provide opportunities for people in dance, with a particular focus on people with neurological diseases, and other marginalised groups such as young people at risk from exclusion and people with disabilities. We create professional contemporary dance touring performances that focus social commentary under the choreographic direction of Nikki Watson.'
