I am running the vitality London 10k and thought I would raise some money for the Furzedown Project whilst doing it.

The project as it is affectionately known celebrated its 50th birthday and has been changing older peoples' lives for decades.

They are tackling older person isolation through empowerment. Facilitating activities that are lead by older people for older people spanning from gardening to photography.
