I am going to drag my dodgy old knees 10k in October as part of the Run Leicester Festival! Ooooosh!
To motivate me in my training I thought a spot of fundraising for a charity that is VERY close to my heart is in order.... Home Start South Leicestershire!
Home-Start responds to family’s needs through different projects involving a combination of home-visiting support, groups and courses. These include supporting families with post-natal illness which is what I personally found most difficult as a new mum and wish I had had the support of Home-Start back in 2017.
Home-Start rely on grants and donations to fund the delivery of their vital work so please give generously!
