A small group of us are running Brighton's 10k on 6 April 2025 to support the fabulous Elm Grove Primary School; the staff and the education of the 450 pupils who go there.

After years of underfunding, our school, like many others, doesn't have enough money. Without extra support they will have to make more cuts and savings which negatively impact the children. The education of the next generation will hugely benefit from any extra support to their schools during this challenging cost of living crisis.

We have a very committed PTA (Parent Teacher Association), a registered charity, who run events to raise funds for the school and we wanted to add to this through the power of running.

Our target is to raise £1000 in sponsor money which will go towards vital PTA supported school projects. If you can give any amount it will make a difference. All money raised will be spent on the school and enables the PTA to fund all sorts of wonderful school enrichments from school trips to books, play equipment and more.
