Having been to many clubs and tried to lose weight for many years, we decided that if we had daily support from our colleagues as well as the continued support from our families and friends then maybe we would achieve our goals!!
We all work at Huntley's funeral services where we see how grief affects people on a daily basis. The funeral director went to a presentation by Touchstones who offer bereavement support to children and young people in the area, She said" to provide a safe environment for them to express their feelings and the techniques used to help them deal with these emotions are great".
We had been trying to think of a way to help raise the value funds needed by Touchstones to continue their amazing work and that's when we came up with the idea of 10 Stone for Touchstone.
